Accidents at work: "An accident at work injury sustained at work. Each year, thousands of Americans die from injuries on the job, and many others are injured. The most common organs involved in the work are injuries: back, neck, hands, head, lungs, eyes and skin. Common causes of accidents are poor ergonomics (such as an office worker with a chair with evil and desk height), diversion of equipment failure, exposure to general risks andinadequate safety training, an example of what would be clothing, jewelry or hair that gets tangled in machinery.

The most common hazards in the workplace include electricity, fire, flammable gases, heat, size, heavy mobile machinery, toxic gases, toxic materials and explosives."
